As a wedding officiant, I consider it an honour and privilege to share in your special day.

I have been performing wedding ceremonies since 2014, first as a Justice of the Peace and now as a Humanist wedding officiant. I am licensed to perform marriages in Ontario, so you know your ceremony will be fully legal. With this experience and your dreams, we will make your wedding ceremony memorable, personal, unique and special to you.

I am a lawyer with over 30 years of experience. I was appointed to the bench of the Ontario Court of Justice in 2009, where I presided in courtrooms in most regions of Southern Ontario. Throughout my life, I have served my community on charitable Boards. I have a solid, well-respected reputation, so you know your wedding ceremony will be handled professionally.

In addition to the formality of the day, I enjoy working with your vision to design your wedding ceremony with joy, humour, lightness, and respect. Why do I perform wedding ceremonies? I returned to performing marriages after I retired from my courtroom duties, because I love contributing to the important moments and celebrations in other people’s lives.
